In this pivotal position, you will guide the local finance function, collaborating closely with management and global headquarters. You will manage financial reporting aligned with IFRS, leading the month-end closing process and providing insights through management analysis. Your leadership will also develop and mentor the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct financial reporting to comply with IFRS and local regulations
• Supervise month-end closing and timely financial disclosures
• Prepare and analyze budgets and rolling forecasts systematically
• Maintain stringent controls and accounting quality in daily operations
• Lead the accounting team and collaborate with external service providers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred
• Over 5 years in relevant financial management experience
• Background in logistics or freight forwarding desired
• Strong understanding of IFRS issues and compliance
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
