About this role
Our downtown real estate client is looking to hire for a newly created Financial Analyst position. Under the guidance and tutelage of the Manager, FP&A, the Financial Analyst will work on and have exposure to both real estate analysis (due diligence for deals, M&A, market analysis, etc.) through to more FP&A work, including, development proformas, budgeting and forecasting, modelling and more.
