Senior Data Analyst, Data Management IT 12 Month Contract - Doctors of BC

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and ETL pipelines to ensure accurate, timely data for reporting and analytics. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, establish data governance standards, and enforce data quality controls. • Build and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. • Perform advanced SQL queries and data analysis to support business initiatives, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. • Document data architecture, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and ETL development within a healthcare or related environment. • Demonstrated ability to implement data governance frameworks and maintain data quality. • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings to non‑technical audiences. • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
