Position Summary The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, support organizational growth initiatives, manage internal processes, and ensure the successful execution of company objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent business acumen, and a proven ability to improve operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices. • Analyze business performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. • Manage resource allocation, workflow planning, and operational priorities. • Support strategic planning initiatives and assist with the execution of business growth objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote professional growth and high performance. • Monitor compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • Address operational challenges proactively and implement corrective actions when necessary. • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven workplace culture. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Commerce, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of management, operations, consulting, or business leadership experience. • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing business operations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management software. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with clients and colleagues. • Experience in consulting, professional services, business operations, or organizational management is considered an asset. Preferred Qualifications • Experience implementing process improvement initiatives. • Knowledge of performance management and operational reporting. • Background in strategic planning, business development, or organizational growth. • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
