What you'll do and learn: • Independently lead complex technical initiatives within and beyond your team. • Drive technical direction and roadmap, leads across domain teams and guides others towards the right technical decisions. • Authors ADRs (Architecture Decision Records) that serves as blueprint or a proposed solution for a given technical problem and influences overall tech strategy • Responsible for one or more large functional areas possessing in-depth knowledge and expertise. • Demonstrate strong systems approach, go beyond immediate needs, proactively addressing performance, security, and future-proofing solutions. • Take ownership of complex projects, driving them from conception to successful implementation. • Change agency to set high bar and uplevel across teams on culture, process and engineering practices.
