About this role
Requirements
3 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, or inventory management — including exposure to warehouse operations, distribution planning, or logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel skills — proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, and data modeling to build reports and track operational KPIs.
SQL proficiency — ability to write queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases for reporting, trend analysis, and ad-hoc business requests.
Basic Python programming — familiarity with Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation, automation of repetitive tasks, and building lightweight data pipelines.
Analytical mindset — ability to interpret operational data, identify inefficiencies or trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners.
Cross-functional collaboration — experience working across multiple teams (e.g., infrastructure, program management, change management) to align logistics operations with broader organizational goals.
Strong communication & documentation — ability to create dashboards, status reports, and process documentation; comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
