Director Product Management

This role unifies business development leadership with product and portfolio strategy ownership, ensuring that Quantum space growth initiatives are tightly connected to customer needs, differentiated offerings, and accelerated New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI). The position owns end-to-end growth execution—from market and customer discovery, strategic partnerships, business case development, and pipeline creation, through offering strategy, commercialization, and global go-to-market execution. The role operates at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and strategy, influencing both near-term revenue growth and long-term portfolio investment decisions. With significant exposure to senior leadership and high strategic visibility, this position offers exceptional potential for top performers to advance into broader leadership responsibilities.
