Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and the operations department. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy. Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Assist with event planning and coordination for company-wide meetings and off-sites. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and prepare routine communications. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate information flow. Support onboarding processes for new team members. Manage office supplies and inventory. Conduct research and gather data as needed for various projects. Act as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or technology environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Discretion and a high level of confidentiality. Experience with scheduling complex meetings and coordinating travel is essential. Familiarity with project management tools is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
