Reporting to the Maintenance Super Intendant, you will handle various electrical duties including reading blueprints, troubleshooting faults, and conducting preventive maintenance across residential and commercial properties. This position is physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and strength.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain electrical systems in various structures
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings
• Isolate and troubleshoot electrical faults
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs
• Handle HVAC units and electrical panels
Requirements:
• Completion of journeyperson electrical training
• 5 years of electrician experience
• Knowledge of electrical applications and methods
• Must perform heavy manual tasks
• Ability to work in confined spaces
