What You Will Be Doing

Requirements
Must Have
• 2 to 6 years building software professionally.
• Solid skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or similar.
• Experience using Git for code management.
• Work with databases, APIs, and basic testing.
• Clear communicator who works well with others.
• Ability to tackle problems independently.
Nice to Have
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Agile team experience.
• Background in government tech, SaaS, or security.
• Knowledge of scalable systems design.

• Mid-Level 3-5 years CAD 102,000 to 135,000
• Senior 6+ years CAD 140,000 to 175,000
