About this role
Our Ottawa based client is hiring a Senior Agile Project Manager (ServiceNow) for a 1-year hybrid contract (2 days onsite per week).
Must Haves:
• 10–15 years of Agile Project Management experience
• 5–10 years of experience in a ServiceNow environment
• Hands-on leadership of Agile ceremonies, Kanban flow, and Big Room Planning
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, capacity planning, budgets, and delivery predictability
• Experience with executive reporting, governance, and performance metrics
• Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Power BI, Planview, and Excel
