As a full-time Data Analyst, you will work under the Director of Data and Reporting, focusing on internal and external grant reports, data quality assurance, and dashboard creation. Collaborate closely with teams to meet program evaluation needs and enhance data-driven decision-making supporting young adults experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce reports for Public Funding and Institutional Giving
• Ensure accurate submissions to funder databases
• Manage access to client data management reports
• Assist in data cleaning for program evaluations
• Support mixed-methods research and deliverables
Requirements:
• Proficient in R and related statistical software
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Familiarity with enterprise data systems
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Effective in a hybrid work environment
