About the position
Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Resource Team (CRT), the selected candidates of the CRT will provide clinical expertise and act as a team member while they work across a variety of units and sites. Being highly visible and an essential component of the interdisciplinary team, the CRT staff will have the opportunity to build relationships, while acquiring additional clinical experience. This role offers variety in nursing practice.

Requirements
• Graduate of a recognized College or School of Nursing
• Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO
• Current B.L.S.
• A minimum of two years of medicine experience
• Reliable and flexible individual
• Must have effective interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• All shift availability
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
• Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
Nice-to-haves
• Baccalaureate degree
• Patient assessment course
