Administrative Coordinator Long-term Contract: Part-time (16 hours per week)We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of an engineering environment in Toronto, Ontario. This Long-term Contract position is suited to someone who is highly organized, service-focused, and confident managing a wide range of administrative activities. The successful candidate will help keep the office running smoothly by coordinating schedules, supporting visitors, and maintaining essential workplace resources.Responsibilities:• Manage incoming and outgoing courier arrangements, ensuring packages and documents are handled accurately and on time.• Organize travel plans, including scheduling transportation and related logistics for team members and executives.• Coordinate meetings by securing rooms, arranging calendars, and preparing administrative details in advance.• Purchase and monitor office materials to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support daily business needs.• Keep kitchen and common areas supplied, orderly, and ready for regular staff and guest use.• Welcome visitors in a courteous manner and provide a positive front-of-office experience.• Prepare routine correspondence, update records, and complete data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.• Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including C-Suite stakeholders, while managing multiple priorities effectively.
