Shape the financial foundation of PheedLoop, a leading technology firm in Toronto. As a Finance Manager, your insights will drive decisions across a thriving global events industry. This full-time role focuses on building and enhancing financial systems, with a key emphasis on reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
You will leverage your 3-5 years of finance experience to manage cash flow and provide essential insights for leadership. Engaging with a fast-paced team, you’ll deliver insights that directly influence growth and investment opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain monthly financial statements and management reports
• Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Develop financial models to analyze strategic investment questions
• Manage cash flow and liquidity across SaaS and hardware operations
• Collaborate with external accountants on tax planning and compliance Requirements:
• 3–5 years in financial planning or similar roles
• Strong skills in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience with QuickBooks and advanced Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and Canadian tax regulations
