In this individual contributor role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, managing operations across product development, design, and engineering. Your expertise in SDLC tools will help automate processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration. This role requires deep strategic thinking and a proactive approach to workflow management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational governance in the product development lifecycle
• Drive tool strategy and integrations for enhanced efficiency
• Develop and standardize operational workflows and SOPs
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting
• Cultivate alignment across various teams without direct authority
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in product operations or program management
• Extensive knowledge of Jira and ProductBoard
• Proven ability to design and implement operational frameworks
• Familiarity with automation using Python or JavaScript
• Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders
