As part of the HR team, this senior role focuses on coaching management and supporting employees throughout Huawei Canada. You will implement HR initiatives that align with corporate vision while enhancing organizational effectiveness. Engage in employee relations, performance management, and improve HR capabilities across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise local leadership on HR processes and policies
• Enhance HR management through training and enablement
• Oversee payroll, leaves, and exit interviews
• Provide employee relations advice and manage attrition
• Communicate HR deliverables at management meetings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 10 years of HR experience, particularly in talent management
• Strong knowledge of labor law and policies
• Experience with compensation and performance appraisal
• Master’s Degree or HR certification preferred
