With over 3 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment, you will act as a trusted partner, guiding employee relations and fostering a strong workplace culture. Your support helps ensure a consistent and engaging employee experience throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across roles and departments
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and timelines
• Conduct pre-screening, coordinate interviews, and assist in selection
• Support onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
• Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices Requirements:
• 3+ years of HR experience focused on recruitment
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
