Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop custom mechanical test fixtures and prototypes
• Support mechanical characterization of advanced polymer materials
• Develop rigorous test methods and validation protocols

• Collaborate across R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in mechanical testing or product development
• Hands-on proficiency with testing equipment
