Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all account reconciliations. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Support external audits and provide necessary documentation. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a remote setting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a high degree of integrity.
