GAM Tech is seeking a Client Success Manager with at least five years in account management or client success within an MSP environment. You’ll build strong client relationships, conduct business reviews, and drive technology improvements. Collaborate with teams to align service delivery with client goals and GAM Tech’s strategic offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Conduct regular client business reviews for satisfaction
• Develop account plans aligned with strategic offerings
• Monitor client health metrics and resolve concerns
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Account Management or Client Success
• Solid understanding of IT service delivery models
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
• Proactive attitude and accountability for results
