About this role
Position: Senior Business Analyst – HCM Modernization Program
Duration: 5+ month assignment (contract with potential extension)
Location: Calgary, Alberta (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite per week)
Looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong HCM implementation experience to support a large-scale HR transformation project.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior BA on enterprise HCM/HRIS projects
• Strong HCM implementation experience required (Dayforce preferred)
• Experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft HCM is also considered
• Strong HR & Payroll process mapping and business process analysis skills
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT testing
