What You'll Do
As one of the first Account Executives at SnapWrite, you'll play a critical role in building our go-to-market engine. This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you'll own the sales process from pipeline generation to closing customers while helping shape how we sell as a company. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Your responsibilities include:
• Build and own a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Identify and engage brands, retailers, manufacturers, and strategic partners that are a strong fit for SnapWrite.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across merchandising, eCommerce, product information, digital transformation, and operations teams.
• Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
• Manage opportunities from first conversation through proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and customer handoff.
• Build and continuously improve SnapWrite's sales playbook, messaging, outreach strategies, and sales processes.
• Experiment with new outbound strategies and identify scalable ways to generate pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting.
• Represent SnapWrite at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Work closely with the founders to refine positioning, pricing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
• Help establish the foundation for a high-performing sales organization as the company grows.

Eligibility
This position is supported by a grant. To be eligible, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
• Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
• Be a graduate of a post-secondary institution (university, college, CEGEP, or recognized technical institute).
• Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status in Canada.
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada under the applicable provincial or territorial legislation.
• Be a first-time participant in a Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS) work experience program for post-secondary graduates.
• Be based in Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC, or be willing to relocate before their start date.
• Be available to work in person from our office.
