TMX Group is seeking a Security Engineering Manager to spearhead technical security solutions. This hybrid position in Toronto will direct a team of engineers and enhance security infrastructure.
In this role, you will manage the design, implementation, and lifecycle of security solutions across the enterprise. Your leadership will involve collaboration with internal security teams to effectively onboard innovative security services. As a seasoned professional, you’ll also be tasked with fostering a supportive environment while developing your team’s talent and maintaining strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of security solutions
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
• Mentor and guide security engineers
• Assess technology risks and controls
• Influence vendor and stakeholder solutions
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in information security
• Experience in technical team leadership
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting
