Senior UI/UX Designer (8+ Years) | Toronto | Hybrid

Job Details: 📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite preferred) 💼 Experience: 8+ Years 🏦 Domain Preference: Candidates with prior Banking/Financial Services experience are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to launch. • Create user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences. • Utilize AI-powered design tools to accelerate research, ideation, and design workflows. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze customer feedback to drive design improvements. • Build and maintain scalable design systems while ensuring accessibility (WCAG) compliance. • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation. • Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration. • Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture. • Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI-driven experiences, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and measurable business impact. • Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products. • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. • Experience using AI-powered design and productivity tools. • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility standards. • Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design. • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. • Understanding of design-to-development workflows and collaboration with engineering teams. Good to Have: • Experience designing AI-powered products or conversational interfaces. • Product strategy and roadmap planning experience. • Experience mentoring designers and leading design initiatives. • Knowledge of analytics platforms and experimentation frameworks. 📩 Interested?
