Key Responsibilities:
• Support change management within larger transformation initiatives
• Evaluate stakeholder readiness and impacts on teams
• Build trust and deliver actionable guidance to client teams
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
• Develop training plans and communication materials for clients
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in change management or consulting
• Ability to manage projects and facilitate effectively
• Familiarity with change management tools and Microsoft Office
• Availability for at least 15–20 hours weekly
• Willingness to meet clients in Calgary occasionally
