Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Principal Product Owner with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will provide strategic product leadership and drive enterprise-wide product initiatives.
Responsibilities
• Define enterprise product strategy and long-term product vision.
• Partner with executive leadership to align product investments with business goals.
• Lead large-scale modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support customer, citizen, and patient-facing technology solutions.
• Drive governance, compliance, and regulatory alignment across product portfolios.
• Oversee multiple product roadmaps and delivery teams.
• Identify market, business, and technology opportunities.
• Establish product management frameworks and best practices.
• Monitor portfolio performance and business outcomes.
• Influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
Required Qualifications
• Experience as a Principal Product Owner within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale product strategies and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Experience working with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Strong strategic planning and product management expertise.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing complex product portfolios.
• Strong analytical and business acumen.
• CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification preferred.
