Drive community transformation as a Project Manager for land development. Utilize your expertise to manage complex projects while ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver successful land and site development projects.
You will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from engineering drawings to construction oversight, while engaging with clients and city agencies to meet legal and regulatory requirements. A strong focus on communication and detail will contribute to project efficacy. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead preparation of technical engineering designs
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance and standards
• Coordinate with clients and agencies for project specs
• Guide projects from conceptual design to completion
• Support junior engineers with project execution Requirements:
• At least 10 years’ experience in land development
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D beneficial
