HR Manager/Director

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager/Director on behalf of our client. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and leadership development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily HR operations, policies, and programsPartner with senior leadership to support workforce planning and organizational objectivesOversee employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretationEnsure compliance with federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulationsManage performance management processes and support leadership with employee development initiativesDirect recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts to help meet hiring goalsEvaluate and improve HR procedures, systems, and reporting capabilitiesOversee compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programsSupport change management initiatives and organizational development effortsSupervise and mentor HR staff, as applicable
