Role Description The main duties are to handle the input and enquiries related to: 1) invoices from suppliers and subtrades and 2) payroll hours, 3) Other government filings related to the above (e.g. Payroll Source Deductions). The position is approximately 10 hours per week, flexible in timing and location (you can choose when you work and where you work from), the person must be very detail oriented, and be very reliable - while there is a lot of flexibility there are items like payroll and invoice processing that that must be completed by certain dates.
Qualifications
a) Experience in the above is an asset but more importantly we are looking for the right person - detail oriented (a mistake impacts someone's pay) and reliable (they will complete things on time as required),
b) Further responsibilities and training are possible for those that demonstrate interest and ability.
c) This is a contract position and pays $30/hour.
