About Us:
We are a fast-paced, growing car dealership in Calgary looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage our social media presence and assist with inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and hands-on dealership tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Photograph all vehicles on the lot and ensure high-quality, consistent images
• Post and manage vehicle listings on our website and social media platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, etc.)
• Maintain and update our Excel inventory log accurately
• Stock in vehicles and ensure all inventory is properly recorded
• Organize and maintain physical inventory files, including all vehicle documentation
• Manage sold files to ensure complete and compliant records
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and properly merchandised on the lot
• Monitor and improve online presence, engagement, and lead generation
• Assist with general dealership organization and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketplaces
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset but not required

Hours & Compensation:
• Part-time hours (flexible schedule)
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
