We’re looking for a highly motivated Vendor Marketing & Brand Partnerships Manager to take on a remote general contractor position to help us build stronger relationships with our vendor partners and drive incremental marketing revenue.
Role Overview
This role is responsible for working directly with our vendor partners to identify, pitch, sell, and execute marketing opportunities across Natura Market.
You will act as the primary point of contact for vendor-funded marketing initiatives, helping brands understand how they can increase awareness, traffic, and sales through placements across our website, email, social media, promotions, sampling programs, and other marketing channels.
This is a contractor role with flexibility and autonomy. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and comfortable managing relationships while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective vendor partners
• Conduct regular outreach to brands and marketing teams
• Identify partnership opportunities that align with vendor objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to brands looking to grow their presence on Natura Market
• Vendor Marketing Sales
Pitch and sell vendor-funded marketing opportunities, including:
• Homepage placements
• Category page placements
• Email features
• Newsletter sponsorships
• Social media campaigns
• Product launches
• Seasonal campaigns
• Sampling opportunities
• Gift guide placements
• Promotional events (linedrives, MCBs, etc)
• Bundle and cross-promotional opportunities
• Develop customized proposals based on brand goals and budgets
• Negotiate participation and secure commitments from vendors
• Campaign Coordination
• Coordinate with internal marketing, merchandising, and creative teams
• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule
• Track campaign deliverables and execution
• Manage vendor communications throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Reporting & Performance
• Provide vendors with campaign recaps and performance insights
• Track vendor marketing revenue and participation rates
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat participation
• Maintain organized records of outreach, proposals, and campaign results
• Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in:
• Brand partnerships
• Account management
• Vendor marketing
• Retail media
• Sales
• CPG marketing
• Ecommerce marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable conducting outreach via email, phone, and video calls
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Experience working with CPG brands is a strong asset
• Experience in ecommerce, grocery, wellness, or retail is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation will be based on experience and may include a combination of:
• Monthly retainer
• Project-based compensation
