ROLE PROFILE
The Outbound Sales Manager will provide mature strategic leadership to a high-performing team focused on acquiring new monthly donors, driving business growth, and maintaining client satisfaction.
This role is responsible for the successful end-to-end execution of new fundraising program launches, from concept through delivery, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Manager will ensure programs are delivered effectively and consistently meet or exceed acquisition targets through data-driven decision-making and ongoing campaign refinement.

Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fundraising specialists to consistently meet and exceed monthly donation goals
• Conduct regular team meetings and structured 1:1 coaching sessions focused on performance, skill development, and growth
• Proactively address performance or team dynamic challenges, escalating concerns when required.
Campaign & Script Management
• Own the execution of new campaign launches, ensuring system readiness, effective training rollouts, and real-time performance monitoring
• Lead the creation, testing, and ongoing optimization of call scripts for new charities and program launches
• Refine messaging to align with brand guidelines while maximizing donor engagement, clarity, and compliance
Operational Oversight & Quality
• Monitor KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue performance, dialing efficiency, and donor verification results
• Optimize dialer strategies, segmentation, frequency, and list performance to improve contact and conversion rates
• Oversee recontact and reprocessing workflows for unverified monthly donations to improve long-term donor retention.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Your Experience and Training:
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, fundraising, or contact-center operations with accountability for revenue and performance targets
• Experience working in a performance-driven, KPI-focused environment
• Experience working in a contact center is desirable.
• Demonstrated success launching and optimizing sales or fundraising campaigns
• University or College education, with a focus in Business Management or a combination of education and relevant business experience
• Facilitation experience is an asset.

Your Technical skills
• Strong proficiency with performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools
• Experience working with dialer systems, CRM platforms, and shared documentation tools
• High level of comfort leveraging data to inform coaching, optimization, and strategy
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action
