We're looking for an Advanced Design Researcher to join a leading banking client and drive research that shapes exceptional digital experiences for both clients and advisors.
What will the designer be working on?
• Lead generative and exploratory research for complex and ill-defined problems.
• Generate insights that inform the design of digital experiences for both clients and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
• Define research strategies and select appropriate research methodologies.
• Create research plans and align them with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end research execution, analysis, and synthesis.
• Present actionable insights and provide design recommendations based on research findings.
• Partner closely with product, design, and business teams to influence strategic decisions.

• Ability to synthesize complex data across multiple studies to identify patterns and inform strategic decisions.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience working within digital product teams.
• Experience in financial services or adjacent industries such as insurance or government.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
