About this role
Become a key player in the Government of Canada’s transformation as a UX Special Advisor in Ottawa. This on-site position requires a Secret security clearance and deep expertise in user experience. In your role as a UX Special Advisor, you will provide high-level advisory services by enhancing user experience research, design thinking, and service design for federal HR modernization projects.
Collaborate with senior leaders to implement scalable UX practices in a complex environment and support UX improvements through strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on UX research and design practices
• Create frameworks for scalable UX implementation
• Guide development of UX strategy and service blueprints
• Assess compliance with TBS Policy on Service and Digital
• Deliver training to enhance user-centric methods Requirements:
• Active Secret security clearance (PSPC)
• 5 years' experience in leading digital transformation UX projects
• Strong background in complex federal organizations
• Proven stakeholder engagement abilities
• Capability to apply UX research in practical implementations Influence the user experience standards within the Government of Canada through your extensive UX knowledge.
