About this role
Position: Manufacturing Process & Data Analyst
Location: St-Laurent, Quebec (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and standardize manufacturing processes
• Analyze manufacturing performance and identify process improvements
• Perform root cause analysis and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
• Ensure data quality and support enterprise data governance
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Data, and IT teams
• Support Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and process automation initiatives
Required Skills:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Hands-on Python experience for data manipulation and scripting (Microsoft Fabric notebooks preferred)
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Process optimization and standardization experience
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
• ERP/MES experience
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Purview
• Power BI and Power Automate
• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• VBA or Java experience
