The Assistant Manager, Regulatory Reporting & Control supports the execution of global trade reporting and control activities across multiple regulatory regimes. This role is responsible for monitoring reporting accuracy, identifying and resolving reporting breaks, and supporting regulatory initiatives and process improvements. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure reporting compliance and effective control execution. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Execute daily and periodic trade reporting controls across multiple global regulatory regimes Identify and investigate reporting breaks through reconciliations and control processes Manage remediation of reporting exceptions to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Monitor trade reporting outputs for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness Maintain knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and reporting logic across jurisdictions Support analysis and implementation of regulatory changes impacting reporting processes Partner with internal teams (Technology, Compliance, Controls) and external stakeholders (e.g., trade repositories) to resolve reporting issues Contribute to regulatory reporting projects, enhancements, and control improvements Support audit requests, control testing, and regulatory reviews Maintain documentation including procedures, policies, and control frameworks Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have: Prior experience in capital markets, ideally within regulatory reporting, middle office, or derivatives operations Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Trade reporting / regulatory reporting controls Reconciliation and identification of reporting breaks Investigation and resolution of data/reporting exceptions Working knowledge of derivatives products and trade lifecycle Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Exposure to one or more regulatory reporting regimes (e.g., CFTC, SEC, EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CAT/CAIS, or similar) Experience working with trade repositories or regulatory reporting systems Exposure to regulatory change initiatives or reporting enhancements Experience supporting audits, control testing, or documentation What’s in it for you?
