About this role

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Management professional to join our team in overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate accounting practices. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in finance and accounting software, who are committed to maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Duties • Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or other accounting platforms • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently • Prepare and process payroll in accordance with company policies and legal requirements • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data • Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities • Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting to support business growth • Generate detailed financial reports for management review • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls • Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation Requirements • Proven experience in accounting or finance management roles, with familiarity using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes • Ability to perform detailed account analysis and reporting • Knowledge of budgeting procedures and financial forecasting techniques • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Relevant certifications or degrees in Finance, Accounting, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory This position offers an engaging opportunity for professionals passionate about finance management to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to accuracy, compliance, and strategic growth.
