If so, this role may be for you! We are currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role combines shipping and receiving responsibilities with customer service and administrative support. The details of this role that will help you decide if it’s the right move for you… Location: Calgary Alberta Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Start Date: ASAP Advantages Competitive pay rate Contract: 12 months with possibility of extension Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities Prepare and package orders for shipment Perform shipping and receiving duties Enter data accurately into company systems Answer and direct incoming telephone calls Provide customer service and support as needed Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Qualifications Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written Previous shipping, receiving, or customer service experience preferred Strong data entry and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Professional telephone manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Summary If this role sounds like a good fit for you please APPLY ONLINE.
