Step into the role of Financial Analyst at Vancouver Coastal Health, specializing in FP&A. Your expertise in budgeting and forecasting will support critical decision-making processes. In this essential position, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and Operations.
Responsibilities include building advanced financial models, leading annual budgeting processes, and conducting thorough financial analyses. Additionally, you'll develop and present executive dashboards for impactful insights. Key Responsibilities:
• Build models integrating income statements and projections
• Lead budgeting cycles with cross-functional collaboration
• Conduct financial analysis to assess opportunities
• Create dashboards translating complex data for leaders
• Support strategic initiatives with cost-benefit analysis Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area
• At least five years’ experience in financial analysis
• Proficient in Excel, ERP, and BI tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights
