Job Overview
The Store Operation Manager oversees the management of all aspects of the store including all staff, products, business processes and results for the stores. The Ice Cream Shop Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, the manager will liaise periodically with ice cream manufacturers and distributors to coordinate supply chain activities, ensure product quality, and manage procurement processes.
· Develops business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability · Meets sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff · Inspires the team with a positive attitude and enthusiasm · Manages the employee life cycle to include recruitment, managing performance and addressing disciplinary issues. Ensures high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service · Maintains outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard · Develops and executes promotional activities, materials and displays. Reports to management on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc. Prepares and presents weekly and monthly reports on the retail stores’ productivity, making sure the shops are meeting financial monthly targets · Proposes innovative ideas to increase sales and market share · Conducts staff performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths · Deals with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) · Has sufficient product knowledge and customer service skills to help customers with advanced questions about the products. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and distributors. Liaise occasionally with ice cream manufacturer and distributor to coordinate product supply, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards. · Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and procurement activities. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers. Prepare reports on shop performance, inventory levels, and supply chain issues for senior management. Liaises with head office.
Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
