The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant (Generalist / HRBP level) to join our fully remote team.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll support multiple organizations across Canada with day-to-day HR needs, employee relations matters, and strategic guidance. What You’ll Be Doing
• Act as a trusted HR partner to multiple clients across Canada
• Lead and support employee relations matters (performance management, terminations, accommodations, discipline)
• Provide practical, compliant HR advice across multiple provinces (ON, BC, AB focus)
• Manage a mix of live client calls/virtual meetings (80%) and ticket-based support (20%)
• Balance competing priorities and make sound, timely decisions
• Support HR projects, policy development, and best practices
• Build strong client relationships through clear, confident communication
What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, HRBP, or similar)
• Strong employee relations experience (this is key)
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments is a strong asset
• Exposure to multi-provincial HR (Canada)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone + video)
• Strong judgment, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently
• CHRP or CHRL designation (or in progress) preferred
• Experience in unionized, manufacturing, construction, or blue-collar environments is a strong asset
