Job Title: Business Analyst - Project Manager
Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)
Profile: BA-PM role:
• this is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT)
• 5 years experience working closely with business to deliver technology products
• Lead requirements discussions with business
• Drive requirements delivery with WW team
• Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business
• Conduct Testing
• Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support
• Majority Salesforce project + Other non projects
• SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Candidate will support capabilities built on Salesforce
• Strong communication skills to lead and manage product feature discussions and delivery with business team
• Proactive with Good Problem solving skills
• Able to work independently
• Quick learner
