Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR associate programs across the organization
• Respond to varied HR inquiries from internal and external sources
• Maintain up-to-date personnel files in compliance with regulations
• Provide generalist HR services including staffing and employee development
• Assist in implementing employee engagement strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years HR experience
• Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• CHRP certification or in progress is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
