About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer brand specializing in high-performance cycling apparel and accessories, is seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager . This is a critical role focused on driving online sales and customer acquisition through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels to achieve aggressive growth targets. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce performance marketing, a passion for the cycling industry, and a proven track record of success in managing significant advertising budgets. You will be a key player in shaping our online presence and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels. Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI, CPA, and ROAS. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing to improve campaign performance. Analyze campaign data and generate regular reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored to different platforms and audiences. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Work closely with the e-commerce and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions. Manage affiliate marketing programs and explore new partnership opportunities. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital advertising technologies and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and paid advertising. Proven experience managing significant ad spend across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Social Media Ads required). Demonstrated success in driving measurable results (sales, conversions, leads) through paid campaigns. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent understanding of the cycling industry and consumer behavior. Exceptional communication and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous optimization.
