DESCRIPTION:
American Journey Cultural Exchange (AJ1) is recruiting experienced Canadian Human Resources professionals for exciting career opportunities with upscale hotels, luxury resorts, and hospitality groups throughout the United States. If you're looking to advance your HR career in the U.S., we work with leading hospitality employers seeking qualified Canadian professionals for Human Resources positions through the TN Professional Visa.
We are currently recruiting for positions such as:

• Human Resources Generalist
• Human Resources Coordinator
• Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Employee Relations Specialist
• Other Human Resources positions
These opportunities are available exclusively to eligible Canadian citizens through the TN Professional Visa program.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities vary by employer and may include:
• Supporting daily Human Resources operations
• Coordinating recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with employee relations and performance management
• Supporting benefits administration and HR compliance
• Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Providing HR support to managers and team members
Minimum Qualifications
Canadian citizenship with a valid Canadian passport.
Applicants must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field
Candidates should also have:
• Current or recent Human Resources experience
• Hospitality experience is preferred, but candidates from other industries will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Professional English communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
