• Administer daily functions of the plant and logistics
• Analyze and respond to customer needs effectively
• Uphold process adherence and quality standards
• Relay vital branch information to Head Office
• Promote compliance with Health and Safety protocols Requirements:
• 5+ years in Operations Management
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Excellent capacity for team building and leadership
• Knowledge of ISO protocols is advantageous
