Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients of ServiceOntario
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
-- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficient in verbal English and French is manadatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
