About the Role Our client, a rapidly expanding Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Project Manager to join their dynamic product development team. This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be responsible for guiding the development of innovative SaaS products from conception through launch, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with market needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, and a passion for creating impactful digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of SaaS product development projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and QA teams to define project scope and requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies. Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders regularly. Manage project documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams. Champion best practices in project management and software development. Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and product development lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a significant focus on SaaS or software product development. Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote setting. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience with cloud-based platforms is a plus.
