Key Responsibilities Advise leaders on HR strategy aligning with business needs Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management Conduct workplace investigations and manage performance issues Support compensation and advantages rollout with leadership Collaborate on continuous employee development initiatives Requirements Degree in Human Resources or related field 7+ years HR experience, preferably as HRBP CHRP or CHRL designation preferred Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation Robust communication and coaching skills Leverage your HR expertise to empower leaders and enhance employee engagement at Associated Engineering.
